Allison got her professional start in politics, working as part of Howard Dean’s web team in the 2004 Democratic Primary. From there, she continued to political polling and audience analysis before joining Razorfish in 2007. There, Allison worked as a Media Planner, then Supervisor, overseeing teams that were getting increasingly invested in ad exchanges and real-time buying. Allison joined Accordant in summer 2010.
