Prior to joining Accordant, Chad held multiple roles at Collective. Most recently, as a Product Manager, he oversaw development of Collective’s real-time bidding platform, along with a variety of other initiatives to enhance usability in platform workflow, ad tagging and ad serving. Prior to that, Chad managed the Optimization group at Collective for several years, leading development in various areas of campaign management, media buying, and ad operations. He also worked in e-commerce, where he oversaw site analytics and onsite usability testing for Freshpair.com.
Outside of the office, Chad enjoys the outdoors, hiking and fishing and playing sports. He also likes to travel and sulk about the ongoing pain of being a New York Jets fan.
