After spending many years at advertising agencies, Garret moved into ad sales at about the time the internet was coming of age.
He sold his first banner in 1996 on moneymagazine.com (part of Time Inc’s Pathfinder initiative), and has since led sales teams at some great companies. These include premium publishers (Time Inc), portals (Lycos, Yahoo!), search (Looksmart), and performance networks (24/7 Real Media, Right Media and most recently Akamai/Acerno).
Garret’s favorite time of the year is the summer when he gets a chance to sneak away to the New Jersey shore–not “Jersey Shore”–to spend time with his cute wife and three great kids.
